Amazing service. Party of 11 with 5 kids under 13. The staff was amazing and the food was great.

Went to celebrate our anniversary. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Our server, Jack, was great. He was attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. I loved the atmosphere as well. This is a restaurant that allows you to take your time and enjoy your meal.

Fabulous! The atmosphere. The wait staff. The ambiance. The food! All phenomenal! Worth the hour drive from Trenton!!

The quality of food is great. Why I give a low rate is I made the mistake of ordering soup as a starter. What started off as a pleasant evening soon turned into a nightmare. The atmosphere is so dark I literally almost drowned in my soup from falling asleep. I was there for a business meeting and my clients had to save me. May I suggest if your there for business, dont order soup in the dark. It wont end good. The only way I will go back is if they turn on some lights.

Seriously awesome experience. As a vegetarian, I was really impressed by their dishes. While there wasn't a ton of options (steakhouse) it was So good and I will never hesitate to visit. Service was perfect and the manager even came by to say hello. Our server was very knowledgeable and made recommendations of features and what not. Worth every penny.

Great food and a large choice, backed up with fantastic service.

The Keg is one of our favourite restaurants to visit, especially when we have an occasion to celebrate. Tonight we were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary. We had a lovely dinner. Our server, Reg, was excellent. A very enjoyable evening.

Would always recommend this location. The food has always been awesome. Last night the service wasn't great which was a little disappointing. First time this happened here. Still would recommend going here can't let one server wreck it.

Salmon and drinks were great. I really wasn't a fan of the Asiago Rice at all and wouldn't recommend it. I should've got the Garlic Mash instead. Boyfriend enjoyed his Prime Rib.

This Keg had a really nice location, with tables spread all throughout. The bar was lively, but you didn't even hear it from the restaurant area.

Great meal server friendly almost too friendly

The location is cozy, but the steaks are inconsistent and sometimes tough. When the manager came out to inquite how the food was, and we gave negative feedback, he argued with us about the quality of the steak. Many other restaurants in the area offer better food and service at this price point.

My boyfriend and I just had an amazing dinner at The Keg. All the waiters and hosts were very nice, especially our waiter Joel. Joel was fantastic, super energetic, suggested awesome stuff and was very helpful. Food was DELICIOUS! Expensive, but so worth the money.

A fabulous place to eat! A very delicious and extensive menu. I would recommend this as a great date spot for any couples, friends and family. Obviously on busy nights it's going to be full so make reservations ahead, online is an option. With the busy times also comes noise, everyone seems very lively, and content. I found the cost to be higher than Montana's, but the food is way better and the service is above excellent. Be sure to tell them it's your birthday or you just got a new dog, you might get free desert out of it. 😉

The food was excellent the scallop and bacon were awesome as was the Caeser salad but a very limited menu and quite pricey. The service was very good , the staff very friendly and helpful, would go back again for the appetizers yum

I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful Keg in Kingston. Drove from Toronto for the day... what a refreshing change to see such a tranquil and beautiful place like Kingston. We loved the patio at their Keg. As always, the good and service were superb. Will return. 🦋Rosemarie and Strphen

We dined at the Keg on an overnight stop in Kingston. Everything from the staff to the meal met our expectations - we've never had a bad experience at the Keg! Justin, our server, was a delight, always prompt and willing to answer questions. The prime ribs were perfectly done, the apple dessert was sublime. The only small negative was that our coats were removed from the hanger one wall away and stored in the office (it seems other guests thought someone had left them, and no one bothered to ask around if the owners were nearby before moving them). Not a big deal.

What a wonderful place to dine! The food here is fantastic and beat only by the service. Jason, our server, was just great and guided us through the menue with great expertise. The Mushroom Neptune we split as an appetizer was fantastic. I had the Prime rib for my main and it was done to perfection. All of the ingredients where very fresh and the ambiance was spot on. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This KEG is special... I've been a fan of The Keg for years and have visited many different locations accross Canada, but the Kingston location continues to produce an incredible product and top notch service EVERY time.

Slow service but AMAZING FOOD

Good if you like steak and meat, limited for vegetarian options.

The steak was so tender and flavorful. The servers were beyond attentive even at a very busy time. And thanks for the extra ice cream pie brought to us for our anniversary.

This is my 2nd time eating here, was opposite of my last visit.We planned this for over a month with our friends from Montreal. We ordered the steak & half lobster x3, a separate steak meal, and a kids steak meal. All 3 lobsters were over cooked. 3 steaks were cooled wrong. 2 of them were sent back. When they finally returned 3 people were finished their dinner, and the other food was cold due to waiting 20 minutes for new steaks. One of those steaks was still not cooked correctly at all but i was not willing to wait for steak #3.The bourbon pepper sauce was to the point it could be chewed. The staff were very apologetic. The manager gave us all deserts on the house and removed 2 of the meals from the bill. The whole experience was not pleasant. I know they can and have done better.

Always great. Fun servers. Super knowledgable. Felt cheeky and asked for Chicago style medium plus and the kitchen nailed it.

I ordered take out from this restaurant yesterday, while at my sister's house and I wish I had this place near me!! The customer service over the phone was patient and good, he also gave recommendations, which you know I looove.. Chicken Pad Thai (Extra Sauce, because I'm a Saucy gal) - It was Delicious! Would gladly order it again

Try the Prime Rib steak with blue cheese crust and a double baked potatoes. Can't be beaten.

Great place to eat with an extensive menuspecializing in steaks. Portion sizes are good and the salads/desserts are also very good.Offers a good beer/draft selection and nice assortment of wines too. In the summer there is a nice outdoor patio with a great view of downtown Kingston . Would recommend reservations if you are a large group.

They made a mistake but were able to correct it with good service after, I was there for my birthday and ordered a drink but there was more ice than drink. The food was amazing, I got the salmon with pistachios with mashed potatoes. We also got the dessert with it, Really fluffy mousse cake with caramel and chocolate.

Food is always excellent, the staff are always knowledgeable about their products and they service is perfect!

We had a large group. Approx. 20. We had to wait for a couple table to clear. They apologized of course. When the people left, we were seated and were given complimentary appetizers. Our wàiter was excellent! As far as I could tell, no-one waited for anything. It was a good time! The food was perfect! I'll definitely be back!

Food was awful. Even after the management changed the order. Staff was amazing. Disappointment when I talked the food up so much to the first I was entertaining.

After a long drive and great day we wanted to treat ourselves with a nice dinner. The Keg looked like a great place, it was busy which is a good sign. We walked in and asked if they had capacity to dine 2 more which they said they could - they asked us to find a table and they would be out with the menus in a couple of minutes. We waited for 20 minutes (the table was not cleared from previous guests throughout this time) where we decided to ask for them again. We decided what we wanted, but after another 15 minutes, no one bothered to come and take our order. So we left and found a fish and chips shop with excellent customer service.Its surprising to experience this kind of customer service at a small place like the Keg - the customers are the number one for a business like this - it takes very little to change this around.

Absolutely a wonderful dining experience. The service was top notch, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food quality exquisite. I recommend this location if your in town and want a great meal.

We showed up with a group of 20 people at 9:15 pm. The accomodated us without hesitation. Our servers were awesome and might I add the steak was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this Keg in a heartbeat.

Delicious food great service. I normally don't like very rare but their prime rib is spectacular.

Our waiter Cole was very knowledgeable, professional, and went out of his way to make the experience special. The food was excellent and we even received a free dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary. Would definitely recommend and eat here again!

Service and Food were really good, but expensive for what you eat as a meal.
